3D models and digital twins

Cities, sites, tunnels and assets in true-colour 3D, with every modelled surface flagged.

True colour from imagery captured with the LiDAR, on classified points: every building, tree and road reads at a glance and keeps its measured position. Additional passes fill roofs, lanes and ground a single pass misses.

Airborne surveys rarely measure walls. Where a model needs them, we model them from measured roof outlines and ground, at about 16 points per m², and flag every modelled point.

Deliverables

  • True-colour classified point clouds
  • Building footprints and heights from measured roofs
  • Modelled walls, flagged (LAS synthetic flag)
  • Web-ready 3D tiles for viewing

Applications

  • Urban planning and visual impact
  • Asset and corridor context
  • Digital twins and simulation inputs
